This year, we offer you a two-day celebration of Saint Valentine’s Day.

On February 13, between noon and 5 pm, attend our SAINT VALENTINE’S SUNDAY FEAST. A sumptuous Menu awaits, served at the tables, a seafood station (including oysters opened in the presence of guests, calamari, shrimp, salads, salmon tartar, etc.) and a sweet treats buffet with a chocolate fountain. The welcoming drink will be the Pink Kiss cocktail and a pianist playing love ballads will take care of the romantic atmosphere.

Lovers who are parents will be able to leave their little ones in the care of our babysitter/ children's entertainer.

Saint Valentine's concert at Belvedere

On February 14, between 6 pm
and 10 pm, guests of the Belvedere Restaurant will have a chance to see
a performance of the Jazz trio formed by Elżbieta Kalinowska (singer), Mariusz Gęgotek (piano) and Janusz Żukowski (saxophone). Their repertoire includes romantic Jazz, Blues, Soul and Pop music pieces, both Polish and foreign.

Elżbieta Kalinowska – singer
– A student of jazz and stage music at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. She trained under Krystyna Prońko and Aleksandra Nowak, took part in recordings and musical projects organized by, among others: Dariusz Michalski, Marek Stefankiewicz, Andrzej Wysocki; she has also cooperated with the Theatrical Institute in Warsaw.

Mariusz Gęgotek – piano
– Graduated from the jazz department at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice. He worked with such artists as: Róże Europy, Sylwia Wiśniewska, Krystyna Prońko, Grzegorz Kapolka and many others.

Janusz Żukowski – Saxophone
– Graduate of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music. He worked with the "Stilo" band and the Buffo Theater.

Recipe of the month

Valentine's Day Raspberry Mousse

Ingredients:
Raspberries – 400 g
Cream 36% – 250 g
Caster sugar – 50 g
Gelatin in sachets – 5 sachets
Vodka – 50 ml

Preparation:
Set aside approx. 100 g of raspberries for later decoration. Pass the rest of the raspberries through a sieve to separate seeds. Soak the gelatin in cold water, heat up the vodka (be careful not to light it). Add the soaked gelatin and stir until it dissolves completely. Whip the cream. Set aside approx. 100 g for later decoration, add caster sugar and raspberry puree to the rest. Combine carefully. Add vodka with gelatin to the raspberry-cream mixture and stir quickly with a spoon, taking care that the cream does not lose its "fluffiness". Pour the finished mixture into a heart-shaped form lined with greaseproof paper. When the mixture sets, take off the form and the paper and decorate with the remaining cream and raspberries.

Belvedere at the premiere of "Weekend"

On January 5, the Multikinio cinema in Warsaw's Złote Tarasy mall was the place of the premiere of Cezary Pazura's directorial debut – "Weekend".

Weekend" is a gangster movie about two crazy days in the lives of two young gangsters – Max and Gula. The producers did not stint on this one. The crew included specialists responsible for the action scenes in such films as "Casino Royale". The audiences are entertained by the best Polish actors (Paweł Małaszyński, Michał Lewandowski, Paweł Wilczak, Małgorzata Socha, Jan Frycz), while each scene bears the unmistakable mark of the comedy genius of Cezary Pazura, for the first time behind the camera.

During the premiere, the cast were joined by other famous guests, such as Piotr Kupicha, Piotr Rubik with his wife, Joanna Brodzik, Marzena Rogalska, Nina Terentiew, Weronika Rosati, Misiek Koterski.

The elegant setting of the banquet after the premiere was prepared by Belvedere Catering by Design.

Anniversary of the Autodesk company
at Belvedere

The official gala celebrating the 10-year anniversary of Autodesk Inventor took place at the Belvedere Restaurant on January 26.

Autodesk is one of the leading companies on the market of 3-d design software, which allows users to visualize, simulate and realistically analyze ideas in the preliminary stages of their design. Clients from the areas of industry, architecture and construction as well as the media and entertainment sectors – the latter including 15 Best Special Effects Academy Award winners – use Autodesk software to design, visualize and check their ideas.

D uring the meeting, winners of the "Autodesk Inventor – Project of the Decade" ("Autodesk Inventor – Projekty Dekady") competition were presented with awards and showed their innovative projects, created during the last ten years using Autodesk Inventor software.

Krzysztof Hołowczyc was the special guest at the event.
